Fixed Tensioners or Variable Tensioners?
“Fixed” Model Hydraulic Stud Tensioner — Made to tension one stud size only. Hydraulic Quick-Disconnect Fittings come out of the Top (need about 30cm clearance above the Tensioner to connect the Hydraulic Hoses). Smaller and lighter than a Variable Model.
“Variable” Model Hydraulic Stud Tensioner — Most versatile since the Load Cell from this Tensioner can be used with adapters to tension a range of stud sizes. The Hydraulic Quick-Disconnect Fittings come out of the side.
