For some applications a High–Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump may be used in place of an air–operated pump. Most of HTI's Hydraulic Stud Tensioners and Hydraulic Nuts are designed to operate with high–pressure hydraulic oil. To minimize size and weight, HTI typically designs using either a 21,750 psi (1,500 Bar) or a 29,000 psi (2,000 Bar) working pressure. We offer the HTP Series of hydraulic hand pumps for maximum working pressures from 14,500 psi (1,000 Bar).
