For some applications a High-Pressure Hydraulic Hand Pump may be used in place of an air-operated pump. Most of HTI's Hydraulic Stud Tensioners and Hydraulic Nuts are designed to operate with high-pressure hydraulic oil. To minimize size and weight, HTI typically designs using either a 21,750 psi (1,500 Bar) or a 29,000 psi (2,000 Bar) working pressure. We offer the HTP Series of high pressure Hand Pumps for working pressures from 14,500 psi (1,000 Bar) through 29,000 psi (2,000 Bar).
